Relm Real Estate Holdings Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on April 6, 2005, as a holding company to acquire real estate through subsidiaries in the form of limited liability companies.

RELM Holdings Inc. executed a spin-off of its subsidiary, First Access Partners Inc. to a newly formed company, Access Versalign, Inc. ("AVI"), which acquired Versalign Inc. on February 20, 2009. Versalign is an information technology company that delivers technology and consultative solutions for hardware and software.
