Relm Real Estate Holdings Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on April 6, 2005, to acquire real estate through subsidiaries in the form of limited liability companies.

Relm Real Estate Holdings is a holding company that expects to generate leasehold, lodging and condominium sales revenue using excrow reserves in combination with guaranty contracts to protect the current and future equity value in the acquired real estate. The Company also plans to hold reserves to maintain the protection of the equity value in the real estate owned by its LLCs. The reserves are expected to protect each subsidiary LLC from legal default.
